Sergio Pallavicini has more than 10 years of emergency response planning, training and drill/incident response consulting experience. He is a consultant for CTEH RM® and a leading professional in emergency response and crisis management for the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Pallavicini has developed regulated and non-regulated Emergency Response Plans for multiple clients. As an advisor, his upstream Emergency Response Plans include, Oil Spill Response Plans (OSRP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), and Hurricane Plans for drilling and completions. In addition, Mr. Pallavicini has written a variety of Emergency Response and Security Plans for the oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore. Mr. Pallavicini has also been involved in the development of Incident Management Handbooks and Incident Command System Job Aids.
Mr. Pallavicini is a G449 Incident Command System (ICS) Instructor. His ICS training experience includes ICS 100, 200, 300 and Section-specific trainings. He has also been an active Q16 Major Emergency Management (MEM) Instructor. He has conducted training both on local and international levels and has been responsible for filling ICS roles and helping facilitate the ICS process in both incidents and drills. Mr. Pallavicini conducts training of essential elements and underlying principles of emergency management in an onshore and offshore environment. Trainings he has conducted include: Major Emergency Management courses, emergency response simulations, and Incident Command System instructions.
